How I collected from Kruse Auction
There have been a bunch of us on a chain that were late getting paid from 09 auctions.
Anyway, are you saying you recently sold a car that you have not been paid for. If so, I can recommend an Indiana attorney which I retained last year. That’s what it took for me to get paid. [email from Brad, email Rodney at this site, I can get you in touch with Brad]
Please getme the name of your friend the attorney, Kruse owes me 29,610.00 for a truck sold and paid for at the fall sale in september. I need help I am one of the little guys he seems to prey on thinking that we will justwrite it off or forget but not me. Thanks in advance Barron
Ijust got off the phone with John Koslowsky the new general manager for dean, he seems like a really straight up guy..he knows how badly some of us have been treated and has told dean to sell some of his toys ie his dusenburgs which are on display at the museum to pay consigners…he personally promised me we will all be paid and that bankrupsy is not in the equasion in any form….I truely believe the guy is trying to do the right thing and do it fast..He understands that news is going through the industry like a wild fire..and if they don’t have any cars to sell they will be dead in the water…and his job is to not let that happen. Will get back to you soon..PS..Dean sent me a hot check on christmas eve delivered fy a fed ex truck with a rudolph the red nose reindeer wired to the grill of the truck..HOO HOO HOO…on the check stub
he
wrote merry christmas….the check bounced……HOO HOO HOO………….Have a great day Ron Isuggest you call John for yourself and see what he tell you 800-968-4444 I know it by heart as i have called it hundreads of times in the last 6 months
Wanna compare rubber Kruse checks? I have two with “thank you for your patience” hand written on them…..
Are you still waiting to get paid Kevin?
I have talked to John personally. The duesenburgs were not sold to pay customers, they were collateral on a loan from the museum, and had to be sold in order to keep the museum solvent (John told me this himself). Further more, he also told me that Kruse has yet to sell any of his personal vehicles to pay customers back, and does not plan to sell any at the up coming Auburn auctions. He stated that when he took the job, he asked Dean Kruse if he was being hired to take the company into bankruptcy, and Kruse said no, but this requires believing Dean Kruse who is an absolute liar. John told me that he does not know what happened to all the money, and when I asked him why buyers who had not paid for cars (The reason Kruse says so many sellers have not been paid) received titles for unpaid cars, he stated “it was a poor business decision”. Really? John may be a stand up guy, but it does not change the fact that it is a crooked company. If you want to see my whole story look at my thread (To “kruse international”). Do not believe anything this company tells you, they are just trying to stall so they can stay afloat.
I was finally paid, about 4 months late.
Wow I just volonteer at the museum , is it really in this much trouble . I build ww2
dioramas there and now wonder if I should keep doing this
