I have been doing business with silver auctions for about 18 years, and have had nothing but good relations, very fair service, and knowing that, not just me,but all customers have easy access to mitch himself. The customers at all of these classic car auctions have to realize that all sales are AS-IS, no warranties are implied, also, unless a claim (such as matching numbers) is in writing, you are on your own! To expect any auction company to make up for your lack of knowledge, or bad luck, is just wrong! cry-babies need to grow a pair!
Maybe if Mr Brocher could give us full details of his situation we could make a more informed decision.
Mitch is very accessible for any ?? or problem. I brought to his attention a VIN irregularity and he annouced it prior to sale. Does he “bump” up too fast or hype up cars? Duh! That’s what sellers are paying him for!
