I met dean Kruse last yr. early 2009, I came down with stage3 cancer & was going through cemo & radiation,I thought I was dying so I needed to sell my home cars & collectibles, I called Kruse, an he flew his Jet here to Vero Beach fl to go over the merchandise, we planned the auction & the deal was to bid on the home you had to put up 250,000 deposit, he told us he had a list of bonified bidders, and talked us into selling the contents of the home fist, then proceed to the homes, well he sold our furniture and antique advertising for 100,000 way under the reserve his excuse was he would make it up thru the sale of the homes, then he started selling the cars,saying they sold over the internet well he sold approx 250,000 in cars, everything way under reserve prices, stating same excuse, i stopped the auciton and demanded to start the realestate auction, thats the only part we were interested in, kruse talked us into selling off the collectibles, saying we wouldnt have anyroom for them after the sale of the homes, there were no real biders, the house was appraised at 10million, and it brought under 2million way under the reserve of 7million, well neither of the 2 oceanfront homes sold, but all of our contents were mostly gone! There were hundreds of people here they wrecked the place and Kruse took off with 265,000, & I am being sued for 200,000 from a buyer that bought my motor home under the reserve sent the money to kruse and he took off with too, also I have alreay spent 25,000 legal fees trying to collect from this scumbag, he tried to steal my hemicuda convertible, but i wouldnt realease that to a flatbed transporter the next day, unless I saw some money.He also tried to steal stuf, that he bid on secretly.
The next day, I caught his people trying to load up his trailer,with some of my best things, he is nothing but a low life criminal!!

sold a car at the Kruse auction in Tucson on February 28, 2009. After the sale, I was lied to and given the run around by Kruse for months. I found about 4 other sellers from the Tucson auction who had not been paid and we banded together to fight and try to get our money. After over 100 days of fighting with Kruse, including newspaper articles, radio interviews, complaints to the Better Business Bureau (2 states), complaints to the Attorney General (2 states), inquiries from congresspersons, the threat of lawsuits, and contact with other auction promoters, the group of Tucson sellers were paid. The Tucson cars were sold February 28 and our payments started showing up (after an intense negative PR campaign) the first week in June. The checks were dated March 26 so that it APPEARED that we were paid within the contract mandated 30 days. I also received 2 rubber checks before I got a good one. Because of internet posting and newpaper exposure, people who have been or are being wronged by Kruse still contact me regularly. I have a list of about 20 or more people that have been or are still being run around by Kruse. These folks are from California, Arizona, Nevada, Tennesee, and Florida.
The stories are horrible. One fellow sold a car so he could get treatment for his cancer. No payment. He doesn’t know how he will get medical help.

Not sure how this wil help, multiple buyers have proven that the sellers did pay, and Kruse just didnt remit the money to sellers. The issue isnt sellers paying, that would be an easy problem to solve, since NONE of the auction compnaies including RM Auctions, Silver or Barret_jackson allow buyers to take cars or titles until they have paid in good funds. I know this is true, Ive bought too many cars from all of them. The issue is simple, Kruse is paying sellers from the auction with money from current auctions, becuase he skimmed money since he is in financial distress. Its nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme. Not unlike the Bernie Madoff fraud. Its clearly a crime, why hasnt he been arrested? Its not a civil matter, its criminal. And when we read stories about how he may be complicit with Hyman and other big buyers, you ahev to wonder if its not outright organized crime or racketeering? And why isnt it being investigated as such? By the FBI? By the local Police? By the attorney general?
