They “convinced” me to consign my car to their big tent sale with no reserve, by telling me I could bid on my own car, and if I caught it back, they even told me what I would have to pay. Don’t think its not happening, it doesn’t have to be a shill, the owners bid on their own cars, standing right next to you, or on the phone. I feel confident the tother auctions do the same. They have built big auctions and pools of buyers using tactics others would be put in jail for. This is just one way they can cheat you, of course when Kruse takes money from today’s buyers to pay the last auction’s sellers, that’s a ponzi or pyramid scheme. Why hasn’t Kruse been locked up, and why Arent the regulators clamping down on all of this deception? And outright fraud, in Dean Kruse’s case?
