Dean Kruse Still In Business… We Still Don’t Have Our Money!

in General

Read an article in Fort Wayne Business Weekly – Had Dean Kruse’s nephew, John Kruse, talking about the upcoming auctions in Auburn. People! Look at my case, and others, and see that Kruse isn’t paying me the $30,000+ he owes me! I’m not telling you what to do here, but look at what they owe me, and others, and decide for yourself whether you want to take the risk of doing business with these guys!

  1. It looks to me like Kruse International is no more, checkout their sight, they show no future auctions. As far as I know John Kruse has nothing to do with his uncle, worldwide is a first class organization from what I have heard. This expansion of worldwide put a nail in the Kruse Auction Park.

  2. John, Kruse doesn’t have any auctions listed but they do suggest other auction companies. Take a look at Auburn Auctions, LLC. They didn’t become an entity in the state of Indiana until March 2010. Auburn Auctions and Kruse International have the same “About Us” word for word. I hope people are doing a little more research as to whom their doing business with. Their going to share mailing lists and everything else. All their changing is the name. Leake Auction Company has the same website design as Auburn Auctions. Doesn’t it seem strange for Kruse International to promote another auction company unless Dean Kruse was getting the money in his pocket?

  3. I have been directly and indirectly involved with Worldwide Auctioneers for several years now. I can state emphatically that Rod Egan and John Kruse (owners of Worldwide) are NOT connected to Dean or Kruse International in any way. This will be the 3rd year for worldwide’s Auburn auction (south of Auburn) and they run a top-notch event that would compare to Sotheby’s or an art auction. It is very different from any other car auction and they are known to pay ALL sellers within a few weeks at most and the buyers get the titles right away. I saw them pull a car out of the auction completely last year because it was not up to snuff (some mechanical issue). They stand behind each car and their printed catalogs alone are worth the cost of admission. Really a top-class group of people that go out of the way to do everything the way it should be done.

Yes, John Kruse is completely separate from Dean Kruse and Kruse International. His business is run completely differently and by different people. Don’t judge him by his unfortunate familial ties ;)

Kruse International is now “Auburn Auctions, LLC. The Artfull Dodger is claiming he is no longer involved in the operation of the company. And…. if you believe that…. well, you know the rest!
