How Many Does Dean Kruse Owe Money TO?

How many does he really owe? We keep hearing him say he is going to pay everyone, yet he dosent respond to emails or calls, and he hasn’t sent even a penny to anyone to start paying, nor demonstrated any good faith? Moreover, he has lied to everyone, why should we believe him now? In any case, we would like to publish a list of those he owes, we suspect its a lot more than the "few" he says, In at least one instance, he says there are 62 of them. If you dont want your name published, use a proxy or initials. Is anyone forming a class, or throwing in together to minimize legal fees? Also has he illegally conveyed the assets of the entity’s that owe the money, leaving a shell corporation, so he can then walk away? He dosent have to take bankruptcy, he can just take the money, then leave the corp there to ignore everyone?     I am sorry that I did not found this website sooner or I would have replied sooner. Kruse Auction owes me in excess of $5,000 for a claim which has been going continuously for 3 1/2 years with a promise from them to pay up and settle. Please advise me of your interest in getting the particulars of this case. I am adamant to the point that I will not give up until I have my due because they have continuously lied to me from day one.

    I can only say that I have known and done business with Dean Kruse for many years and he is a straight forward very talented businessman. I have always trusted him and I know he will ride this out and come out surprising everybody.

    Dean Kruse sold my vehicles and kept the money..he is a liar and a thief, and if you think he didn’t know exactly what he was dooing and who he was targeting with his theft you are living under a rock. None of his friends got taken only small mom and pop sellers that he hoped would not have the ability to come after them. What he didn’t realize is we need our money more than the big guys who can write it off, my daughter had to take a job in the cafateria of her college to help pay college expense , while that bastard was living large..i hope he rots in hell…30,000.00 that he stole was my daughters future and i will never forgive him and all his lies..
