The Evidence Made it an Easy Decision for One Indiana Auctioneer Commission Board Member

in General

Once the evidence was presented to one I.A.C. Board Member, permanently revoking the license of Kruse Inc. was an easy one.  Multiple allegations of failure to pay finally resulted in at least some sort of penalty.

  1. I paid Kruse for a car I wanted in a sale that was suppose to happen in Schaumburg, Il – never call on the sale being canceled never would return my money, called 20 times checks in the mail. The sale was April 3 – 2010 it is know July 16, 2010 – still waiting – Dean Kruse the karma train has arrived for you.

As far back as 2005 Kruse was a little dicey on payment.. He had a agreement working with a wealthy Texas lawyer [John Alquinn ] which gave him a recourse deal on all of his cars purchased from Kruse..We would sell the car and have to wait for Alquinn to sign off on it after he examined it more in Houston.. A great agreement for him but hard on the sellers.. Money was held up for quite a while.. John Alquinn was killed in a car wreck a year or so ago.. Maybe Kruse was left holding the bag.. Hopefully your money shows up.. I am assuming it was only auction entry fees
