A call to Kruse and a Promissory Note

in General
I talked with John Koslowsky the other day, he seems like a good guy but not much help to me.
He told me NO MORE RUBBER CHECKS!!, the accounting staff had no clue if they had money to pay sellers, so I guess they send them out anyway.
He told me he was trying to get this mess resolved and keep Dean Kruse out of the daily workings of the company, he said Dean is busy trying to raise money to pay the sellers. This is funny when I get a letter that is a promissory note that pays 6.5% interest, until paid off on or before September 20 2010, that would make it over a year to get my money, I don’t think so.
