Jason Debourd published an article on Septemeber 2 2009 listing some of the issues facing Kruse international auctions at with the fact that Kruse has failed to make timely payments if any to consignors on sold goods, Owner and CEO Dean Kruse has commented on the current situation stating that there is a cash flow issue, however we have seen no resolution and the BBB (better business bureau) still has 24 unresolved complaints with Kruse International prompting the lowest possible score from the Bureau of “F.”
The Journal Gazette.net has run an article outlining the cause of suspension of their buisness license in Arizona after an investigation the the department of motor vehicles. The article covers several areas of interest concerning Kruse International.
On Novemeber 19 2009 autoweek.com posted an article concerning Kruse International and the companies current financial situation. First on the list is the order by a local court in Auburn, Indiana to pay 1.3 million dollars to an Indiana bank, while a leasing company has requested a federal judge to repossess Kruse’s 1985 cesna jet valued at 3.5 million dollars. This is an update for “Barrett Jackson in the press” apparently there has been a settlement in the case, where the plaintiff has exonerated Jackson’s company for any and all wrong doing. Details of the financial terms of the settlement were not disclosed. <—– Interesting.
