Under questionable practices, a few years ago I went to a new event sponsored by Kruse Auctions as a no reserve muscle car spring spectacular. I was looking for a pre-70's mustang, of which at least three were scheduled to be there. There was one. I set my limit and began bidding when it came up. After I dropped out I watched the rest of the bidding and realized that the owner, whom I'd talked to earlier, was bidding up his own car. I immediately went to the main office to register a complaint and they said it's common practice so the owner can protect his investment. He may end up buying his own vehicle, but he is only out the commissions paid to Kruse for the priviledge of trying to make a buck. In an advertised "no reserve" auction, this does not seem fair. I have not been to a Kruse auction since, even though the auction park is only 30 miles away.

If Kruse owes you for a car sold at his auction, email me your name, the car, the amount he owes you and the auction where the car was sold, along with your contact information.

Hi, I'm sorry for your loss,
if your dad was still with us, I don't think he would let this UNETHICAL man come close to his family. This man needs to be brought to justice, there are many auction houses out there that will take care of your father’s wishes, please do not give Dean Kruse a thought, he lost his auction license anyway, so, there is your way out. If your dad had a lot of cars try RM Auctions, go online you should have no problem finding a good honest auction company.
Again, Sorry for your loss.
Rodney Ross.
