While there is no clear conformation that Kruse is being investigated by the Secret Service, it has been confirmed that after bouncing checks in TN Kruse is under investigation by local TN police according to KPC News.
Action Central News has published an interesting article outlining Kruse’s 2 million dollar law suite filled against buyers from previous auctions whim he claims have not paid for their purchases.. It seems Kruse has been moving vehicles at the auctions weather people have the money to pay up or not.
There is also another site Zoominfo reporting and several of our previously mentioned issues and another involving the auction in the city of Sevierville where the check Kruse wrote for the auction venue bounced.
On August 27th I shipped my 1936 Lincoln model K Limousine to Kruse Auction Park in Auburn Indiana; it was the big Labor Day weekend Collector Car Auction, that Kruse is famous for. My car was as nice as they come with only 30K original miles on it and estimated to sell for $50,000.00
