Alot of people feel like Kruse is pulling a very Madoff scheme, A few years ago Kruse sold his business Kruse international for 275 million to eBay only to later repurchase it, and now he has financial probles for less than 3% of that value? Seems fishy (other people said)

A new article I have come across from KPC News offers some insight into one of the bank disputes where Kruse feels he only owes 2.7 million while the bank claims the numbers is closer to 6.5 million seems like shifty book keeping.
Action Central News has published an interesting article outlining Kruse’s 2 million dollar law suite filled against buyers from previous auctions whim he claims have not paid for their purchases.. It seems Kruse has been moving vehicles at the auctions weather people have the money to pay up or not.
There is also another site Zoominfo reporting and several of our previously mentioned issues and another involving the auction in the city of Sevierville where the check Kruse wrote for the auction venue bounced.
Antique automobile club of America has also run a nice full length blog on kruse auction where people have begin speaking of problems receiving money or titles from the auction company.
